Pedalo Swing Balance board

The Pedalo-Swing-Board rocks slightly back and forth while providing a barely perceptible yet effective high-low movement. The low step height, the silent non-slip swing guides and the 5-way adjustable swing according to the body weight are quality features that make training on the Pedalo swing board extremely pleasant.

With the various exercise options in a normal or one-legged position and in a step position, the calf muscles and thus the blood return from the legs are activated, the upright trunk and postural muscles are mobilized, the leg axes are stabilized, sensory perception is promoted and the balance is improved. The quality features of the Pedalo-Swing-Board with all its features make it an unobtrusive but effective training device for home, office, as well as rehabilitation and senior facilities.
