Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order up to 14 days after receiving it. Follow the steps below to successfully return your order / product:
  1. Fill in the return form online and email it to
  2. Print the completed form. Pack your return properly, preferably in the original packaging.
  3. Stick the form, with the return address clearly visible, on the package.
  4. Return your products to the return address within 14 days of your return notification. Important: Returns are not free. You have to pay the shipping costs yourself.
  5. As soon as the return shipment is back to us, we will check the product for any damage / missing parts / original packaging.
  6. You can contact us to make use of the right of return. If the product has been returned in good order, we will refund you the original order amount, including any shipping costs, within 8 days. We will then contact you about the refund. If the return shipment is incomplete, shows signs of wear / damage and / or is no longer in the original packaging we can charge this on you for depreciation of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning. We will then contact you about the refund.


We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to warranty. Worktrainer provides the following warranty:
  • Sit-stand desk; 3 years.
  • Deskbikes; 12 months.
  • Aeris Swoppers; 3 years.
All other products; the warranty provided by the manufacturer or importer in the EU and as stated and set forth in the instructions for use and / or packaging provided with the product. The warranty does not apply to wear and tear from normal use or for improper use and will lapse if the buyer has manipulated the product himself. The warranty includes replacement of non-functioning parts, or, in Worktrainer's sole discretion, total replacement of the product. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
