Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order up to 14 days after receiving it. Follow the steps below to successfully return your order / product:
 
  1. Fill in the return form online and email it to retour@worktrainer.nl
  2. Print the completed form. Pack your return properly, preferably in the original packaging.
  3. Stick the form, with the return address clearly visible, on the package.
  4. Return your products to the return address within 14 days of your return notification. Important: Returns are not free. You have to pay the shipping costs yourself.
  5. As soon as the return shipment is back to us, we will check the product for any damage / missing parts / original packaging.
  6. If everything is in order, you will receive your purchase price back within 8 days, including any shipping costs for your order. If the return shipment is incomplete, shows signs of wear / damage and / or is no longer in the original packaging, you will receive a refund of up to 75% of the original purchase price. We will then contact you about the refund.
     

Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to warranty. Work trainer leaves the following warranty:
  • Sit-stand desk; 3 years.
  • Deskbikes; 12 months.
  • Swoppers; 3 years.
All other products; the warranty provided by the manufacturer or importer in the EU and as stated and set forth in the instructions for use and / or packaging provided with the product. The warranty does not apply to wear and tear from normal use or for improper use and will lapse if the buyer has manipulated the product himself. The warranty includes replacement of non-functioning parts, or, in Worktrainer's sole discretion, total replacement of the product. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
 

Complaints

We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@worktrainer.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Foundation WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
