The Pedalo-Vestimed 50 is a versatile training device with which you can train standing, sitting, supporting or lying down. Thanks to the Senso spring system, which allows gentle compression from a load of 15 kg and intelligently adapts to the body, all exercises can be performed in an unstable position.

The incentive to the instinct and the muscles are strengthened and the proprioceptive training is improved. In addition to improving the deep sensitivity, the responsiveness is trained and the interaction of nerves and muscles is increased. Depending on the exercise, for example, the stability of the whole body can be made from the leg axis (ankle, knee and hip joint) can be stabilized in a targeted manner.
