Pedalo Balance Board Twister

Go 'twist' on the playful Pedalo Twister. With this balance board you can rotate 360 degrees at your desk or as a small workout break at home or at the office. The balance board trains coordination, stabilizes the ankles and strengthens the muscles from the foot to the trunk. The turntable balance board also serves to mobilize, relax and strengthen the deep back muscles and the lateral trunk muscles. The twisting motion can release spinal blockages, tension, and muscle pain from the sacrum to the neck.

This compact balance board has a diameter of 38 cm and is therefore easy to store. Yet the balance board is large enough to place both feet on and to be able to turn back and forth. The balance board is made of sturdy birch wood and finished with a natural wood lacquer.
