Ik gebruik de stepper nu ongeveer een half jaar. Ben er echt heel blij mee, en mijn lichaam ook. TIP, als je de stepper omdraait, kan je ook staand steppen, let er wel op dat de zwaarte goed staat ingesteld. Je moet wel tegenstand voelen. En wissel eens af met vooruit en achteruit steppen.
