How the BackTrac works? The BackTrac offers pressure point massage to reduce sensitive trigger points, a deep massage to support muscle function and gently stretch your spine. It also brings movement to tight, restricted vertebral joints. Finally, the BackTrac trains the core muscle groups that support your spine, such as abdominal and hip muscles.
